In our current workforce climate, it is not common to hear that a company is growing and even adding new positions, especially to a service brand. After hitting our 500-unit mark earlier this year, it was clear that we need to add more all-stars to our roster. At Hand & Stone, we are happy to announce that over the past few weeks, we have added three new employees to our corporate team! Please join us in welcoming Myranda Siegert, Jane Crupi, and Kit Roveda.
Myranda joins the Recruiting Department as our newest National Recruiter. She previously worked for AAMCO Transmissions, where she served as the Corporate Recruiting Leader. Her direct experience with corporate and franchise recruiting will be invaluable to our national recruiting strategy and efforts. When asked what she is most excited about her new role, she says “I am excited to take a more creative role and learn about a new industry! I am looking forward to seeing some new and familiar faces!”
Jane joins the Real Estate Team as our new Pre-Opening Project Coordinator, which is a brand-new position at Hand & Stone. Jane has a diverse background in both retail and restaurant customer service and support for Pottery Barn and Jersey Mike's, where she opened 140 stores. Her background in development and project coordination will be a huge value to our franchisees as they open new spas. Jane is “excited to meet new people and assist franchisees in making their dream of becoming a business owner come true!”
Finally, we’ve added a Regional Operations Manager to our stellar Operations Team! Kit comes from the spa industry, working for a multi-unit owner of other health & wellness franchise concepts. Her hands-on experience operating her spas in the region in which she will support will prove to be invaluable to her spa leaders. She will support spas in New Jersey as well as Michigan. “In my new role as Regional Operations Manager,” Kit explains, “I am most excited about getting to know the business and the people who make Hand & Stone what it is! I look forward to learning new things and providing help in any way that I can.”
