At Hand & Stone, we’ve seen that consumers love our legacy menu of massage and facial services. Over the past few years, we’ve expanded the menu in a deliberate way, to offer new services that offer therapeutic and progressive results. These additions include the introduction of a CBD Facial, Hot & Cold Stone Contrast Therapy Massage, and a new ‘Premium’ category facial, DiamondGlow®. This past year, a select number of locations launched Cryoskin, which introduces an entire new segment to the H&S menu. Crysokin is a best-in-class, non-invasive body contouring treatment with immediate and long-lasting results. Cryoskin sessions can be booked by individual body part, with the most requested areas being the abdomen and the Cryoskin Facial, which tones and firms the skin. Overall, this new category has proven to be a hit with both consumers and spa team members, who love the optionality it offers in the treatment room! With a successful test program concluded, the Cryoskin segment will expand throughout 2022 and all spas will have the opportunity to launch in their location.
